Josh Hart Reposted His Wife Twerking on Him at the Knicks Parade and the Comments Are Unhinged

New York Knicks guard Josh Hart has built a reputation as the kind of player who doesn’t back down from anyone. He’ll chase down loose balls, take charges, and talk trash with the best of them. But there’s one person who clearly has him in check: his wife, Shannon.

The couple showed up for the Knicks’ championship parade in New York on Thursday, and the internet quickly latched onto one particular moment. A video posted on X shows Shannon Hart twerking directly on her husband while the crowd around them loses it. Because that’s what you do when your team just won the NBA Finals, right?

Hart saw the clip. He reposted it. And his caption was about as subtle as a foul on a breakaway layup.

“Yeah, I’m in there tonight,” he wrote, adding a pair of emojis for effect.

The post went viral. As of this writing, it’s sitting at over 450,000 views and climbing. And the replies? Absolute chaos.

A city full of Knicks fans who have lost their minds

The comments section reads like a group chat that got leaked to the public. One user predicted a future Knick named Lenny. Another pointed out that every player on the roster except OG Anunoby has apparently snapped. Somebody else helpfully noted that Shannon “put her finger in ya butt.”

One fan directed a plea at Jalen Brunson: “AYO @jalenbrunson1, TAKE THIS MF PHONE.”

Another user just yelled “NO, END YOUR CELIBACY WITH ME!”

It’s worth remembering here that Knicks owner James Dolan reportedly told the players to abstain from sex during the playoffs. The logic was that it would keep them focused and performing at their peak. Whether anyone actually followed that rule is unclear. But Hart missing that wide-open layup in Game 4 makes a lot more sense now.

Fans online put it simply: “He’s really made for this city.”

And honestly, yeah. He is.
