Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are reportedly tying the knot at Madison Square Garden on July 3. And if you’re wondering who made the guest list, the entire starting lineup of the New York Knicks got the call.

According to Page Six, the couple invited Josh Hart, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby, Karl-Anthony Towns, and Jalen Brunson to their big day. That’s the same crew that just won the 2025-2026 NBA Championship. And it makes sense when you consider how deep Swift and Kelce’s ties to the team actually are.

Swift went viral at a Knicks game last season

Back during Game 4 of the NBA Finals, Swift showed up courtside wearing a custom “Stevie Knicks” shirt alongside the Haim sisters. The Knicks were facing the San Antonio Spurs. The internet lost it. Her outfit became a meme, a statement, and a whole vibe. She screamed through the whole game. Her voice was shot the next day when she got inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame.

“The quality of my speaking voice is the product of something that I am not sorry for,” she said during her induction speech. “I was lucky enough to go to a Knicks game last night. I screamed for 100% of it. And then I got home and was like, ‘I gotta stop screaming.’”

The Knicks won their first title in 53 years in Game 5. Swift and Kelce were both there for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals when New York faced Cleveland. Kelce grew up in Ohio so he’s a longtime Cavs fan, but he was there supporting his fiancée. Or maybe he just wanted to see the Knicks beat the Cavs. Either way.

Crews have been working around the clock transforming the arena into something that looks less like a basketball court and more like a wedding venue. Multiple reports confirmed the setup matches what you’d expect for a Swift-Kelce wedding.

The Knicks stars know that building better than anyone. They play 41 regular-season games there plus playoffs. But this time it won’t smell like popcorn and floor polish. It’ll smell like flowers and whatever else Swift decides to put on the guest list.

Neither Swift nor Kelce has confirmed any of this publicly. The Knicks haven’t commented either. But the invites are out. The venue is getting dressed up. And July 3 is shaping up to be the most star-studded wedding New York has seen in a long time.
